The table below indicates what is included for each registration type. Please note that participation in the banquet dinner (on 23 August) and/or post-conference tour (on 24 August) requires an additional fee for all participants.

Registration fees
The registration fees for this symposium are in US Dollars and are listed below. Single-day registrations are not possible. Online payment is possible by credit card only. If payment by credit card is not possible, please e-mail symposium secretariat at greensys2017@chinastargroup.com for payment alternatives.

Social Programme
The social programme includes banquet dinner and post-conference tours. The fee for social programme in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are listed below.

Note:
1. To receive the member rate, you must provide your active ISHS membership number during the online registration process.
2. Graduate students are required to show proof of current enrollment status within 1 month of registration.
3. The post-conference tour includes bus transportation, lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon beverage and light snack, and admission to all sites.

A personalized confirmation E-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received. Only registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions and events. Participants are kindly requested to wear the symposium name badge at all times during the conference, including during all meals, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, post-conference tour, etc.

Refund policy
Cancellations are only considered if the secretariat is notified in writing. Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
 Received by 31 May 2017: full refund minus $50 administration fee.
 Received between 1 June and 1 August 2017: 50% of total registration fee will be refunded.
 No refunds after 1 August 2017 or in the event of missing part or all of the symposium, the banquet dinner, or the post-conference tour.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to 1 June 2017 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing. Transferring registration after 1 June 2017 is not possible.
